GoFundMe: Fundraise and Give

Wow, how disappointed I am. I downloaded the app, try to sign in and it keeps telling me "unable to connect to GoFundMe. Try again later" I tried several times. I even downloaded Facebook, still didn't work. I can't even make a freaking account, just great. What if someone didn't wanna download Facebook and set up a account on there? Can you add a feature so you can actually sign in, without facebook. I've tried to press "skip" but the same thing about it can't connect, fix this, just do it.

Poorly designed app. Can't delete notifications or get back to the campaigns they're coming from. Hard to figure out how to do nearly everything. Easy to accidentally delete a post you're writing. Trouble writing a post, I use a different app because of it. I can't get it to import photos or videos, they have to be recorded through the app. All around hard to use. Update: It was email notifications, that I didn't ask for and didn't want. Hopefully it's fixed now.

Lots of technical issues. The app always signs me out. Im constantly getting error messages saying not connected to the internet but I have a connection. Technical support don't work either. Screen goes blank. Had to email to get support. I was told engineers will be working on it but still the same problem. Beeb posting everywhere for funding and still sitting at $0 after 30 days. I'm aure it's due to these bugs. I don't care for the platform and I do not recommended them.

the app seems to constantly have issues, to log in, even after you install or uninstall it, saying we encounter an error. contact customer service. I have to go in my web browser to log in. It's not user-friendly at times to navigate this process. but their customers' services representatives are very professional. they're pretty good and helpful when there's an issue through email responses after you go through the chat box prompt service.

The actual website is fine, but the app has issues just like other people have said. First week or so app was working fine. Then all of a sudden I had to log back in by typing my username and password (they weren't saved anymore). After typing in username and password I got message that there are technical issues and to try again later. Uninstalled then reinstalled. So frustrating!!
