The app randomly put all my earnings on hold right before I needed to pay a bill. So on top of a bunch of incessant notifications about my earnings going up every day, now I don't even have access to it. Customer service advised there is some sort of "one time hold" on my account until my next paycheck. What a useless service, and even more useless customer service. Would not recommend. Earnin never did this to me.

So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..

Can't even use the app properly. I've been trying to link my direct deposit with my account and every time I do one of the three steps (phone, email, or employer+ ID + age), the app will tell me that there is already an account activated with those credentials and try again. I contacted customer support and while they appeared helpful, they did not solve my issue. They were outsourced and their English was not very good. I've been fighting this app for about a month now and I give up.

Just made an account, used Google to sign in, exited out for a minute and needed to sign in again. I cannot sign in. update 1: still broken. I did try other methods. Update 2: I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, tried both methods available to me, and nothing. There's no error prompt that shows up; it seemingly begins to load whatever happens after logging in, fails, and goes back to the beginning.

I'm going with a 3 star because it's not as expected. I've used other daily pay options with other jobs and the process was a lot smoother. I'm surprised it's not integrated into the full payroll process allowing for a smoother payday experience. With previous dailypay options they were set to be distributed with my normal paycheck, not sent to the dailypay, processed, then the remainder sent to my bank account. I'd like this one a lot more if it was a part of payroll processing instead.
