What's wrong with the app? I try to log in, and it says, "The system is currently unavailable. Please try again in 10-15 minutes." After waiting several times, still doesn't work, for the last month. Immediately logging into the website on my desktop works fine, every time. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, doesn't work. Uninstalled.

It's decent enough, but it's a bit buggy, which is not great for a banking app. First, it doesn't handle being idle very well - if I don't close it manually, if I return later, it typically appears logged in, but it shows 'failed to load data'. I then have to close and re-open it to log in. Second, on a fresh login (using biometrics), it commonly fails with a 'try again later' message. I can then try again immediately, and it will work.

Seem to work most of the time when I use it. The odd time when I check my balance is that something goes wrong, and I I have to check back later to make a payment at my bank. It can be annoying having to return to the bank at a later time. Now, I can't access my account through the app caused by the latest update in March 2025. When I called pc financial, nobody knows what the fix is. I just get told to uninstall and reinstall the app. This doesn't make any changes. The app still not working.

Pending transactions take way too long to update. Especially when funds have been sent. This app is the only one I have experience where it takes 5 to 7 days to post and clear. CIBC and TD are fast. Usually same day. I have a Samsung phone. Verification code method only works with email Not text? I prefer codes sent to Text. The app gives you choices but for me text does not work. So we use email now. Confusing? Definitely room for App to improve. Thanks for asking. Regards Steve

Right now it's not even working at all, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I can't even get to the log in. It constantly gives me issues with logging in. It either gives me an error message, or it just doesn't load the log in page. I feel like some options aren't placed in the app logically. When it works, it does what I need it to do simply enough, but definitely a finicky app.
