The most recent update forced on all subscribers hs been very frustrating. All previous update info through the App has been deleted and everything has to be downloaded again. This include all Site General Info,Reviews, Fees, and Photos. If not on a very fast WiFi, a very frustrating and time wasting excercise. Whilst travelling as we are and having to do it via phone data, even more frustrating. Why App developers force an update, and then having to download all related info, is beyond me

Urgently needs to be optimized... The contents are good, but the app is.. sooo.. slow.. Even with good internet with a fast phone it sometimes takes 10s to open and 5s to open a site in the app. When the internet is less stable, it sometimes refuses to work even though all other apps can connect fine. Also the markers disappearing when you move the map, and thus need to reappear again takes time and is not optimal. Annoying since this app is not cheap, but makes research painfully slow.

The App has a multitude of issues. From not being able to save from an emailed route to not being able to have the Paid Profile on PC to design and edit routes etc. If you do use it on PC then it is very limited and will not allow you to save on your account. When using the App on a phone, it is frustraiting to edit and design a route as when switching between Map and Route you get sent to the start of you route but it is zoomed in and not the last location. Not worth the money, Use "Google E".

Last update means this app will not show facilities in the town you search for, only the ones for your location or the last town you searched. It'll show sites not what's in the town. Useless as it is. Please fix. Edit, uninstalled, reinstalled. Worse. Now if I search Dalby QLD I get sites in Ceduna in the list. Says there are 1000 sites in a tiny town. Search is broken.

My husband and I both have a paid subscription, the app was good and easy to use up until 12-18 mths ago. Now we can't log in even if we renew the passwords. Totally useless. Too bad the app is still available for downloading in the app store for unsuspecting people.
